We Currently Accept: 


1. What is the delivery charge?

    Free delivery within Singapore for purchase amounting to s$100 and above.

2. What if I wanted the product to be delivered overseas?

    Yes. we do
3. How long would I need to wait for my order to arrive [Standard Delivery]?
    Minimum 3 -5 business days with in Singapore. And International Shipping 5 to10 business days 
4. What is the order processing timeline [Standard Delivery]?
i. Received Confirmed order will be packed and collected by the courier service on the next business day if your order is placed before 12pm.
ii. Received Confirmed order placed on Friday after 12pm will be packed and collected by the courier service on the following week working day.
5. How would I be able to track my delivery status?
Once your order has been packed, an email will be sent to you to inform you that your order has been dispatched. The consignment note as well as URL to track your order’s status will be included in the email.

Goods Purchased online or at our physical store are not returnable or refundable due to change of heart.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product within 14 days from the date of purchase as follows:

   1. Contact Customer Service at info@dolizemy.com
   2. Provide original proof of purchase;
   3. Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
   4. Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
  5. Ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of contacting Customer Service.
What if my product is damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you received an item that is incorrect or faulty, we will happily organise a replacement once the original item has been returned
